Acceptance

By creating an account or using Wisp, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via an in-app notice. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

You must be at least 13 years old to use Wisp. If you are under 18, you confirm that a parent or guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.
You may not create an account on behalf of someone else without their permission.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account.
Notify us immediately at hello@veridianstudio.in if you believe your account has been compromised.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

You retain ownership of content you post on Wisp. By posting, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to store, display, and distribute that content solely to operate and improve the service.
You are solely responsible for the content you post — whether public or anonymous. Anonymity does not exempt you from accountability.
You must not post content that is illegal, hateful, sexually explicit, violent, harassing, or otherwise in violation of our Community Guidelines.
We may remove content that violates these Terms or our Guidelines at any time, with or without notice.

Wisp's anonymous mode hides your identity from other users. It does not hide your identity from us.
We retain the internal link between your anonymous persona and your account so we can enforce our policies and respond to lawful legal requests.
Abusing anonymity to harass, threaten, or harm others may result in permanent account termination and, where required by law, disclosure to authorities.

You may not use Wisp to harass, bully, stalk, or threaten any person.
You may not impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with any entity.
You may not use automated tools, bots, or scripts to access or interact with Wisp without prior written permission.
You may not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with our servers or infrastructure.
You may not use Wisp for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulation.

Wisp and all related branding, design, and software are owned by Veridian Studio and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the service without our written consent.

Wisp is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
We are not responsible for the content posted by users.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Veridian Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of Wisp.
Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of Wisp shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months prior to the claim (if any).

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of India.
