Delete Your Account

You can permanently delete your Wisp account and all associated data at any time. This action cannot be undone.

Option 1 — Delete from the app

  1. Open the Wisp app and sign in.
  2. Tap the Profile tab at the bottom of the screen.
  3. Tap the menu icon (⋮) in the top-right corner.
  4. Select "Delete account".
  5. Confirm when prompted. Your account and all data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.

Option 2 — Request via email

Send a deletion request to hello@veridianstudio.in from the email address associated with your Wisp account.

Include "Account Deletion Request" in the subject line. We will process your request within 7 business days.

What gets deleted

Your account credentials and profile information (username, email, avatar, gender)
All public posts and comments you have made
Your anonymous persona and all anonymous posts
All chat messages and conversations
Your push notification token and device information
Any other personal data associated with your account

Data retention after deletion

All personal data is permanently deleted within 30 days of your request. Anonymised, aggregated data that cannot identify you (such as usage statistics) may be retained for product improvement purposes.
